2018年10月29日(月)から11月11日(日)まで、さまざまな角度から香港にスポットライトを当てる「香港ウィーク」を東京で開催！
香港特別行政区行政長官の日本公式訪問に合わせて実施されるこの「香港ウィーク」では、卓越した国際ビジネスハブ、魅力あふれる旅行先、豊かでユニークな文化、創造性と個性、芸術性に満ちあふれる街としての香港を、多彩なイベントで紹介します。
To tie in with the official visit to Japan by the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, a “Hong Kong Week” comprising a series of events will be organised to showcase the various aspects of Hong Kong as an excellent business hub, an attractive tourism destination, a place with rich and unique culture, and a city full of creativity, character and artistic creation.

香港の都市景観のダイナミクスをひも解くことで、本展は濃密さと鮮烈さの美学を標榜する香港独自の都市形態を探る旅へと見る人を誘い、香港建築士学会に所属する28のメンバーによる16の展示を通じて、香港の隠れた側面を明らかにします。

The exhibition showcases a landscape of architecture projects and
concepts to reflect the complexity of the city of Hong Kong.
By unfolding the dynamics of Hong Kong cityscape, the exhibition
invites you to explore Hong Kong’s unique urban form that celebrates
an aesthetics of density and intensity, whereby unveiling hidden dimensions of Hong Kong through 16 groups of exhibits by 28 Hong Kong architects.

香港で生まれ育った典型的なシティガールが問題に
向き合う姿を描いた香港映画「29歳問題(原題:29+1)」は、
2017年の大阪アジアン映画祭で観客賞を受賞し、その後の
日本劇場公開時にも高評価を得ました。
この映画の原作となった同名の舞台劇を収録した作品を、
今回日本で初上映。

The movie “29+1” about the struggles faced by a typical city girl
born and raised in Hong Kong received very good feedback when
it was screened in Japan, and it won the Audience Award at
the Osaka Asian Film Festival in 2017.
The original theatrical play “29+1”, from which the movie was based on,
will be screened in Japan for the first time.

広東語でチャイナドレスを意味するチョンサム（長衫）は1930年代から70年代にかけて香港で大流行し、香港のアイコン的なイメージに。
香港のファッションデザイナーによるモダンなチョンサム約10点を展示するほか、ワークショップやトークショーも予定しています。

The exhibition showcases about 10 modern “Cheongsam”(one-pieced dresses highly fashionable between 1930s and 1970s in Hong Kong, and have become an iconic image of Hong Kong) made by Hong Kong fashion designers, to show the diversity of Cheongsam across times and generations.
Workshop and talk will be organised.
